website accessibility

The Mt. Healthy City School District is committed to providing access to our electronic and information technology, including our web pages, for individuals with disabilities. District websites will be maintained in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Section 504 requires us to ensure that individuals with disabilities seeking information or services from us, have access to and use of information and data that is comparable to the access and use by individuals without disabilities, unless an undue burden would be imposed on us.

If you have trouble accessing any of our webpages or documents, please contact us as we are continually striving to improve the experience for all of our visitors and users. Please help us respond to you in the most beneficial way by indicating the nature of your accessibility problem, the preferred format(s) in which you want to receive the material, and your contact information. You may contact Bryce Blanton at bblanton@mthcs.org. To enable us to respond in a manner most helpful to you, please indicate the nature of the accessibility problem, the web address of the requested material, your preferred format in which you want to receive the material (electronic format (ASCII, etc.), standard print, large print, etc.), and your contact information.

Mt. Healthy School District strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability as comprehensively as possible on this website. We are continually seeking solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility. In the meantime should you experience any difficulty in accessing the Mt. Healthy School District website, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
